FAQ (for rc items)

1. Is there a warranty on the RC items?

Due to the nature of the products, we do not offer a factory warranty. Please handle your RC toys with care. Any accidents or misuse are the buyer’s responsibility. 


2. Do you inspect the items before shipping?

Absolutely! All RC items are thoroughly tested before packaging and leave in perfect condition, ready for you to enjoy upon receipt. 


3. What if the product becomes unusable upon arrival?

Please reach out within 1–2 days of delivery (sooner is better!). Provide photos, videos, or a detailed description of the issue—without this documentation, we may not be able to assist. Customer service will guide you from there.


4. What should I do if the delivery packaging is heavily damaged?

If the box looks seriously damaged upon arrival, please refuse delivery and notify us immediately via email.
If you still accept it and internal damage is apparent or suspected, send us photos of both the packaging and the item—then we’ll advise on next steps. 


5. Can I get a replacement if the item breaks after use?

Because we test items before shipment, we generally cannot replace items that become defective after use. Usage damage, misuse, improper assembly, or crashes are outside our responsibility. However, repair services are available—shipping and repair costs would be covered by the buyer. Please contact customer service before sending anything back. 


6. How do I cancel or return an order I no longer want?

  • If the package hasn’t shipped: Contact us immediately—we can cancel the order and issue a full refund. 

  • If the package is already in transit: You'll need to arrange for it to be shipped back at your cost. We’ll deduct shipping, taxes, and a 10% restocking/inspection fee from the refund. Once we confirm the item arrives undamaged, we’ll refund the remaining amount. 


7. I want to cancel but the items are already shipped—can I get a full refund?

Unfortunately, no. In this case, refunds will reflect deductions for shipping, taxes, and the 10% restocking fee.
