Payment Methods

What payment methods do we offer?

Currently, we support PayPal only. For your protection, payment is held by PayPal and only released to us once you confirm you're satisfied with your purchase.
We plan to introduce additional payment options soon—if you need help or have suggestions, feel free to contact us at ramii@hellamax.com.

PayPal

PayPal lets you pay online quickly and securely.
You can fund your payment with a credit card, debit card, bank account, PayPal balance, e-check, or other methods available in your region.
Payments are fully traceable, so you can easily monitor the transaction status in your PayPal account.
We never have access to your credit card details, which helps protect you from unauthorized use.

Payment Confirmation & Refunds

After a successful payment, you’ll receive a payment confirmation email. If you haven’t received it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Refunds using PayPal:
- If you paid with a debit card, credit card, or PayPal balance, the refund will go back to that same method.
- If your payment was via a bank account and PayPal can’t process the refund back to your bank, the funds will be returned to your PayPal balance.
